By completing an application and applying for membership with NCHRA a SHRM Affilate Chapter, you are agreeing to abide by the following .

Maintain the Highest standards of professional and personal conduct
Strive for personal growth in the field of human resource management
Support SHRM's goals and objectives for developing the human resource management profession
Instill in the public and other members a sense of confidence about my membership with NCHRA
Uphold all laws and regulations related to my activities as professional in the Human Resources field
Maintain the confidentiality of privileged information
Recognize that NCHRA is a Chapter of SHRM meetings, events, and/or any other NCHRA Chapter of SHRM activities are times for networking and developing, not times for sales contacts or self-promotion
