About the Presenter
Barb Waters, MBA, PMP
Barb Waters is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-ACP, ad Certified Scrum Master. She has served as a reviewer for the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) 6th edition and several Project Management Standards. As the lead PMP trainer for Skillsoft, the leader in corporate learning, Barb facilitates a monthly virtual Bootcamp for various Fortune 500 clients.
Barb provides guidance and insight to organizations who are navigating the rapidly changing landscape of project management training, helping them to explore options that best serve their participant needs. She also provides support and mentorship to her students beginning with the PMP application process and continuing beyond their certification.
