About the Program
This dynamic and interactive training is great for individuals in HR, manager and leadership roles. Tina and Nikki take participants through the definitions of sexual harassment, how we can each be advocates for harassment-free workplaces, and how to handle difficult situations when they come up. Not only do participants walk away from this training with discussion topics and activities to introduce to their teams, but they'll also understand their role and responsibility in creating workplaces that are free from harassment.
About the Presenter
Tina and Nikki work with organizations who want to end workplace harassment and spark real change. As trainers and speakers, the Define the Line duo has helped individuals and teams understand what it means to speak up and define the line for themselves and others. Their work has been featured nationally with media outlets such as NPR, SHRM, HR Dive, Diversity Woman and they are regular guests on a wide range of podcasts. Nikki and Tina are the authors of the first of it's kind, sexual harassment training in the form of a comic book, Define the Line and the co-founders of HR consulting firm, simplyHR. When they're not inspiring teams, you can find the duo sipping margaritas in Old Town, Fort Collins, CO.
