About the Presenter:

Reina Bach is an executive coach, organizational consultant and author best known for
her “Panic to Pivot™” framework, a practical roadmap for leading through uncertainty
and transformational change. With 30+ years of executive and consulting experience,
she has guided senior leaders and teams through mergers, restructures, culture shifts
and high-pressure inflection points.

Reina blends leadership science, psychology and real-world experience to equip
audiences with immediately usable tools that elevate clarity, resilience and
performance. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology
and ICF PCC/ACTC credentials. She’s also a trained French chef, Executive Sommelier
and glass artist, bringing a uniquely multisensory approach to leadership and learning.
