Lisa Austin is a senior client development partner with the Korn Ferry Military division. She began her career with Lucas Group over 25 years ago, focusing on candidates transitioning from the military. She works across several sectors in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain and Technology to support the technical and leadership talent transitioning from the Military.

Lisa is a former Captain in the Marine Corps where she served as a Logistics Officer and General’s Aide at 3rd MAW in El Toro, CA (Marine Corps Air Wing). She graduated summa cum laude from UC Davis in Northern CA with her bachelor’s degree in English Literature.

Lisa’s client portfolio includes Caterpillar, LAM, Eversource, Microchip, ConMed, FPL and Exelon.
