    The data is clear, our workplaces are experiencing unprecedented levels of disrespect, and HR and internal/external executive coaches and organizational consultants are being challenged to address the issues and behaviors efficiently and effectively. This highly interactive and informative workshop provides participants with a solid introduction to, and the core methodology of the Coaching for RespectTM (CfR) Process developed by Gregg Ward, MCEC, BCC, the celebrated author and thought leader and the Executive Director of the Center for Respectful Leadership.     About the Presenter

    Gregg Ward is the Founder and Executive Director of the Center for Respectful Leadership and a best-selling, award-winning author, keynote speaker, facilitator, and executive coach. He is on a mission to transform leaders and organizations by focusing on respect and Respectful Leadership, Psychological Safety, Emotional, Social, and Cultural Intelligence. Gregg is also the developer of the groundbreaking Coaching for RespectTM Process.

    Gregg’s latest books include Restoring Respect: a ‘how-to-guide’ for supporting the repair of broken relationships (Winding Creek Press 2023) and The Respectful Leader: seven ways to influence without intimidation (John Wiley & Sons, 2016) which was awarded “Best Book of the Month” by Amazon and became an instant best-seller.

    Gregg began his career as a specialist trainer for The New York City Police Department. Since then, Gregg has developed and delivered over 2,500 keynote presentations and talks, training programs, seminars, webinars, and workshops in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. He also served for five years as a freelance journalist on assignment throughout Europe for BBC Radio and other UK media. Clients include ADP, AXA, Booz Allen Hamilton, Ericsson, Ford, Harley-Davidson, Intel, Kaiser Permanente, Leonardo DRS, Qualcomm, the US Navy, and Warner Bros Studios.

    Gregg holds a BFA from Boston University, is a Board Certified Coach (BCC), a Master Corporate Executive Coach (MCEC), a CMC-Emeritus (Certified Management Consultant), and an Executive Coach with The Center for Creative Leadership. He is certified in Mediation from the National Conflict Resolution Center and in numerous assessments including The Hogan, DISC, MBTI, FIRO-B, Workplace Big 5.

    He is based in San Diego, CA.
