About the Program:

A 2022 Gallup survey suggests that at least half of the U.S. workforce consists of quiet quitters -- those who are doing the minimum requirements of one’s job and putting in no more time, effort, or enthusiasm than absolutely necessary. In this engaging virtual session, workplace coach and consultant Meredith Masse will shine a light on the top 3 reasons people are quietly quitting and share how HR professionals, organization leaders and people managers can address them in order to re-engage their employees.

About the Presenter:

Workplace coach and consultant Meredith Masse is passionate about filling our workplaces with employees and leaders who are on fire -- who model and demonstrate the kind of world they want to live in. With more than 15 years of leadership coaching and consulting experience, Meredith partners with clients to build productive relationships supporting them in addressing their "people challenges." Past clients have relied on her for designing and delivering modern leadership development solutions and supporting organizational transformation priorities. The results: happier, more engaged employees who deliver exceptional value to the bottom line.

Meredith is known for her contagious, positive energy; a keen ability to quickly find alternative ways of tackling challenges; and connecting authentically with people at all levels in an organization. As a professional friend noted, she “makes others feel amazing about themselves."  She is a Certified Professional Coach and holds a BS and a BA from the University of Maryland. She has also been a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant since 2008 supporting clients in recognizing the power of maximizing natural strengths for individual, team and organizational success. Meredith is a lifetime member of the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, for which she previously served as board president.
