Now That You Got Them in the Door, How Do You Retain Your Employees?
Colorado SHRM, in conjunction with our Colorado local chapters, invites you to participate in a virtual roundtable discussion on October 26 from 11:30am-12:30pm to discuss the following topics:
- Salaries (i.e., companies have had to increase salaries to get folks in the door – how sustainable is this and what inequities is it causing)
- Onboarding (i.e., first impressions and making connections)
- Idea Sharing (i.e., what does your company do to set themselves apart in retaining staff)
Attendees will be placed in moderated, small-group breakout rooms to encourage engaged and relevant discussions on these timely topics. This is sure to be a valuable opportunity to connect with peers to discuss the best practices and challenges we are all facing in today’s labor market. There is no cost to attend.
