About the Program
What would your professional life be like if you didn't have to spend so much time as a surrogate manager, counselor or guide? What would your organization be like if your leaders and the people they lead kept accountability where it belongs and performed at the highest levels on a consistent basis? Traditional performance management can’t take your teams and their leaders to that level, but effective coaching can. In this session we'll discuss the principles, process and skills associated with helping your leaders become effective coaches in leading their teams.
You'll learn the following:
1- The business case for developing leaders as effective coaches.
2- The importance of, and steps required in establishing a coaching culture.
3- The leader’s role in driving sustained employee growth and development.
