The answer to all of these questions can be found in coaching. But not just any type of coaching. Kelly Andrews, Co-Founder of Zero to Ten: Coaching & Leadership Training, will present the newest development in corporate coaching, called Self-Directed Coaching, that allows everyone in the organization to give and get coaching.
