    About the Program

We have five generations in the workplace now and every one of them has different needs. Often times our business processes only address one generation when we really need to be thinking about strategies for hiring, onboarding, and managing each generation.

Kendra Prospero, an award-winning presenter and the founder and CEO of Turning The Corner, will be presenting on their approach to addressing these challenges. You'll learn how to adapt your hiring process to meet the needs of GenZ up through Baby Boomers.  You'll also learn how the different generations need to be onboarded and how to "flexibilize" your culture to get the most productivity out of your employees. You'll want to bring your notebook to capture her many pragmatic and relevant tips for solving some of these challenges for your company.
