    About the Program

Organizations need people who have strategic agility. The list of organizations who have failed to adapt when their markets shifted is long. HR plays a vital role in helping their organizations stay viable. For HR to influence and lead at a strategic level, our teams can't be stuck in a tactical mindset, rather, they have to think differently and build competitive advantage into their roles. In this session we will introduce the ADAPT™ framework as a way to develop our team's ability to think and act strategically and move with greater agility in execution.

Through attending this session, participants will:
-Build familiarity with the five elements of the ADAPT™ cycle.
-Learn how to assess the role of Human Resources in value-added terms.
-Learn how to anticipate and differentiate between intended and unintended consequences.
