About the Program
This This session is designed to be an interactive exercise focusing on how to be a successful and strategic HR leader in your organization. The session will focus on a presentation and exercises adapted from a series of interviews with successful HR executives. From these interviews we have put together good best practices on how to work with your leadership team from an HR leadership position.
About the Presenter
Amanda Ericson has worked in the Human Resources field for 17 years. She began her HR career in recruiting and talent acquisition. She continued in her profession working for small and large companies in Northern Colorado in a variety of industries in both the private and public sector. While working with HRx (www.hrxservices.com), she has been fortunate to work with partners like Shirazi Benefits, Weld County Garage and McWhinney here in the local community.
Amanda has presented on HR related topics for many different organizations. She has testified at the State Capitol and has lobbied on HR issues at both the State and National level. She has been interviewed for podcasts and has also been featured in HR Magazine.
Additionally, Amanda gives her time to NCHRA (Northern Colorado Human Resource Association) and has served on the Board of Directors for over 7 years, she is also the Director Elect for COSHRM the state SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) council.
