Brad Cooper Presents "5 Most Dangerous Trends in Employee Wellness"

Most organizations with 100+ employees have some sort of a "wellness program" in place. Unfortunately, they often underwhelm employees and overwhelm HR Managers and Executives. This program will talk through the 5 most dangerous (and destructive) aspects of employee wellness programs and help you take practical steps to creating a meaningful (and less time consuming) employee wellness strategy going forward.

Brad is CEO of US Corporate Wellness, author of 4 books, holds 2 Masters degrees and spent 20+ years as a Physical Therapist/Healthcare Executive prior to moving into CEO role in 2007.

In terms of wellness, he certainly walks the talk at age 51. An 11 time Ironman finisher, he was recently recognized by multiple publications as "World's Fittest CEO" after qualifying for both the Hawaii Ironman World Championship and Boston Marathon by over 25 minutes and winning the 2-person Race Across America bike race, all within a 5 month period and just 6 weeks after suffering 8 fractures in a bike wreck. His story was featured in the 2016 film "Godspeed."

He's crazy about his wife of 25 years and 3 rapidly growing kids (22, 20 and 18). On the speaking front, he's spoken professionally in all 50 states to a wide range of organizations, always to rave reviews.
