The Human Resources Director will be an integral part of the Executive Team for Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County. The person in this position will be responsible for all Human Resources functions within Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County such as; developing, managing, and implementing Human Resources strategies that promote employee engagement, recruitment, and retention across the county. The person in this position will partner with and work directly with team members from all levels of the organization.

Duties/Functions |
In this position, you will:
- Develop BGCLC’s HR Strategic Plans for employee recruitment, engagement, and retention.
- Lead full cycle recruitment of front-line, direct service employees for all BGCLC locations.
- Lead the coordination, preparation, and facilitation of first day onboarding, including New Hire Orientation. Collaborating with multiple departments for all onboarding needs.
- Oversee all HR specific employee engagement touchpoints.
- Perform all routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs including, but not limited to: compensation, benefits & leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, performance & talent management, productivity, recognition & morale, occupational health and safety, and training & development.
- Maintain compliance & knowledge trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies within human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Maintain & Administer the Human Resources Information System, Paylocity.

Skills, Education & Other |
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in business, human resources, social services, or a related field of study, highly preferred.
Experience
- 2 - 3 years of experience in high volume recruitment.
- 4 -5 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in HR Strategic planning, preferred.
- Experience in a non-profit setting, preferred.
Specialized Skills
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- A commitment to data driven decision making.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Suite & Microsoft Suite products.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
- A strong commitment to continuous growth and development.
- Thorough knowledge of or ability to learn: BGCLC’s mission, objectives, policies, programs, and procedures.
Other Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Bilingual in Spanish & English is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Candidates must be able to pass a criminal & driving records investigation and reference checks.
- Valid State Driver’s Licence & ability to be insured under the organization’s insurance policy.

The starting rate of pay for this Full-Time, Exempt position is $65,000/Annually. |
