The SHRM Foundation awards scholarships for SHRM members and student members to support their work to obtain their SHRM certification, further undergraduate and graduate academic studies, and attend select SHRM conferences.

A list of scholarship recipients from your state, from 2011-2015 is provided below. SHRM state councils are encouraged to celebrate your scholarship recipients. Sharing your state scholarship recipients will also encourage additional members to apply and win. State councils and chapters have:

• Asked scholarship recipients to share their story at a chapter or council meeting
• Presented scholarship recipients with a certificate on stage during the state conference
• Highlight recipients in print or electronic newsletters
