    The High-Level Overview:

    This is a hands-on, Full-time with day-to-day duties responsible for supporting the Company by administering various HR needs and supporting our HRBP. The HR Generalist directly supports the HR Business Partner in executing HR-related issues and business practices for the HRx team and client partners. The HR Generalist will support the HRx team and client partners on HR-related issues while the position is remote and must be located in Colorado for occasional meetings/travel. 

    Duties/Functions

    • Work on-site, on video, and over the phone with client partners occasionally.
    • Act as the liaison between HRx Services and their client partners.
    • Supports HR Business Partners by providing HR guidance to client partners when appropriate and as directed.
    • Assist HR Business Partner in managing and resolving employee relations issues as needed.
    • Assist HRx Leadership with effective, thorough, objective investigations and conflict resolution efforts.
    • Conduct audits and research including, but not limited to, personnel files, I-9, policies, procedures, and handbooks for compliance with applicable legal requirements.
    • Create and reviews employee handbooks, job descriptions, processes, policies, and procedures
    • Maintains HR data in various HR technology tools and systems for client partners and HRx as needed
    • Maintains accurate and detailed client partner records in the customer relationship management system.
    • Research, design, develop, and implement research projects on compensation, compliance, and client partner-specific projects.
    • Support HR functions at all recruitment levels (including interviewing and offer process), onboarding, performance management, training, and separations).
    • Develop complex reports, processes, and workflows and maintain data as requested for leadership.
    • Participate in training activities, complete training requirements, and deliver content and information to other team members when directed.
    • Assist with other duties as assigned.
    • Travel Expectations: Occasional travel and local to Colorado.

    Education & Experience

    • PHR/SHRM-CP and/or aPHR certification is desired but needs to be obtained within one year of hire.
    • At least 2 to 3 years of HR administrative, recruiting, benefit, or generalist experience is required.
    • At least two years of experience working in a client partner-facing role is preferred.
    • At least two years of experience working in a position is required to understand and apply Federal & Colorado employment law required.
    • Skills to identify compliance concerns and risks and relate information on best practices to others.
    • Proficient understanding of basic principles in human resources and how to apply them in specific situations.
    • Bilingual in Spanish is highly desired.
    • Hands-on experience working with vendors and implementing HRIS, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or ATS technology tools.
    • Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and prioritization of tasks.
    • Office skills include strong typing/keyboarding and using basic office machines.
    • Proficient skills with Google and Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, outlook) are required.
    • General computer technical understanding and troubleshooting are helpful.
    • Must have reliable internet & transportation.

    Salary Range

    $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
