    Organizational Excellence Committee Membership 

    Description

    CARE Housing, Inc is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that develops, manages, and operates affordable housing communities with resident services throughout northern Colorado. The mission of CARE Housing is to advocate for and empower families and individuals in northern Colorado.

    The Organizational Excellence Committee of CARE Housing, Inc. is responsible for the following:

    • Review of benefits (including health insurance, pension plans, and fringe benefits).
    • Advising on PEO and HRIS changes. 
    • DEI Initiatives. 
    • Succession planning.
    • Compensation strategy and policy (obtaining comparability data and recommendations).
    • Review of staffing structures and needs.
    • Building responsive, people-centered Organizational Excellence (OE) / Human Resource (HR) practices.,
    • The development of the HR Strategic Plan.
    • The Organizational Excellence Committee will make recommendations to the CARE Housing, Inc. Board of Directors on OE / HR projects.

    Length of term is two (2) years. 

    Time Considerations Committee Meetings- The Organizational Excellence of CARE Housing, Inc. will hold six (6) regularly scheduled meetings per year. Time commitment per committee member will range from 1 hour to 4 hours per month.
