    About the Presenter

    Brian is an accomplished Human Hesources Management Professional with a strong track record of driving the achievement of key HR goals and objectives. With over two decades of HR experience, including 25 years in HR management and 16 years in senior management, partnering with executive teams, Brian has developed a deep understanding of various industries such as retail, automotive, transportation, healthcare, education, and professional services.

    Brian's expertise spans across multiple areas of HR, including recruitment, training and development, HR legal compliance, and employee engagement. Brian founded Growth Point Resources in 2023 to provided strategic guidance to businesses on effective HR practices and policies that align with organizational objectives.

    Brian graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. Shortly after, he obtained certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Brian's commitment to continuous learning and professional development has enabled him to stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

    In addition to his professional accomplishments, Brian is a veteran of the United States Navy and has been recognized with 2 Naval Letters of Commendation for Outstanding Service, as well as the National Defense Service Medal, Joint Meritorious Service Medal, and Southwest Asia Service Medal.

    Outside of work, Brian is actively involved in his community. He has served in various capacities for organizations such as United Way, Food Bank of the Rockies, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Parker Hawks and Roadrunner Food Bank. Brian and his wife Tiffany reside in Parker with their three children, Ashtyn, Avery, and Jackson.
