    About the Program

Providing a supportive environment for your employees with mental health issues is becoming increasingly more important.  This webinar will help you navigate mental health issues within the workplace, but also learn how to support your employees, set expectations, and hold them accountable to support business needs.

Mark is going to share how to design a workplace that promotes wellbeing as well as supports employees who are struggling and in need of help.  You’ll learn to:

    • Recognize signs and symptoms of mental distress
    • Provide support to someone who asks for help
    • Lead a small-group discussion around mental health
    • Promote wellbeing-based messaging
    • Set expectations and hold employees accountable

Mark uses real-world stories to entertain, educate and have attendees walking away with powerful tools they can begin using immediately.
