About the Program
The presentation is giving you tips and tools to give feedback, set expectations, and receiving feedback. To often we avoid giving feedback or give it poorly because we don’t know how or are afraid of the reaction. This class gives you basic tools to set you up for success in giving and receiving feedback.
About the Presenter
Micki has been in HR for over 20 years. She didn't know what she wanted to be when she grew up. She tried sales, food service, and contemplated becoming a chef. Then fell into recruiting and human resources; it was the best fall ever no bloody skinned knee but her calling. She enjoys the people part of human resources. Recruiting and hiring, training, and employee relations. To her people are fascinating and getting to know people really intrigues and engages her. Anytime you get to deliver good news to someone like "you're hired" it's a good day.
