About the Program
We are now completely embedded in the new way of working while still managing the COVID impacts. Most organizations have been developing, often in the moment, how to manage, lead, and motivate their new blended teams. Some with great success. Others maybe not so much.
What best practices are out there for creating this new work culture? This is the pivotal question most every organization is asking and looking for answers. There is no one answer because work environments, services, and people served are unique.

About the Presenter
Megara Kastner, as Founder and Principal of Collaborative Group Dynamics, has 30+ years of working with organizations who have reached their tipping point with issues effecting their productivity. She consults as a mediator, executive and leadership coach, effective communication development trainer, and teambuilding facilitator. Megara holds a Ph.D. in Education and Human Services from Colorado State University. She has worked with federal, state, local governments, non-profits and private businesses.
