About the Program
Managing America’s first five-generation workforce presents unprecedented opportunities. While the youngest workers have heightened the importance of purpose-driven cultures, the oldest workers lend the work ethic and essential people skills employers seek. Experienced job candidates with strong resumes - including age 50+ - are poised to onboard rapidly and make swift impact on productivity and profitability. That’s why "hiring up" makes good business sense to employers who like to Get Stuff Done!
Key Takeaways include:
- Data-driven analysis of the benefits of hiring experienced job candidates age 50+.
- Real corporate examples illustrating changes made, cost, ROI.
- Easy-to-use, practical tools for identifying and hiring those candidates.
- Linkage to a high-potential candidate field with essential skills and experience.
