    Everyone who works wants a job that they find interesting; that they like.  They want to be appreciated for their contribution, their efforts, and their successes.  They want to be involved in decisions that impact them and their company.  They want a big picture that they can be proud of.  And they want a boss who gets all that.  Organizations that do not provide these things can turn good people into apathetic employees who are more focused on what they get out of the employment relationship, than finding fulfillment in what they contribute.  Your best team members are those who see the vision, get the mission, and live the values of your organization.  When you find aligned people, and are constantly enlisting, envisioning, and engaging them, they will tend to think more like owners than entitled employees.

    Learning objectives:

    •        How to create an enviable work culture that people want to be part of;
    •        How to increase employee involvement and engagement;
    •        How to determine the kinds of business realities leaders should involve employees in;
    •        How to communicate best with employees; and
    •        When to utilize outside resources;
