    Essential Duties

    The Human Resources Coordinator will help the organization achieve its Human Resources objectives by performing routine tasks, as directed by the Human Resources Director, supporting employees and managers across a variety of functional areas of Human Resources. The position will support the Human Resources Director and the ongoing administrative functions of the Human Resources Department to ensure the Company's compliance. The position will provide reliable and timely information to the Human Resources Director to assist in identifying human resource matters, priorities, and opportunities. The position will support the company's payroll and timekeeping process.

    Skills, Education & Other

    The successful candidate will bring the following experience to the role:

    * Proven skills or an aptitude to learn the field of human resources and advance one's skillset in the body of knowledge of human resources specifically supporting employee engagement, recruitment, and payroll/benefit administration.

    * Knowledge or desire to learn employment laws and regulations, procedures, and policies.

    * Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

    * Microsoft Office Suite experience and knowledge. 

    * Demonstrated ethical conduct and discretion.

    Candidates will ideally bring the following desired qualifications to the role:

    * Bachelor or Associate's Degree in HR or related field. 

    * aPHR certification. 

    * Human resource information system (HRIS), and/or similar computer applications.

    Salary Range

    The minimum starting salary for this position is $55,000.

    All regular, full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, wellness benefits, retirement savings and company match. Additional benefits include sixteen paid holidays, accrued flexible time off, new parent leave, staff education and tuition-based education reimbursement. This is not a remote work opportunity, although Bohemian Foundation currently uses a hybrid work model.
