Position Summary |
VillageMD is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our market in Colorado. We seek a hands-on business advisor who will provide functional guidance, expertise and seamless service to managers and market leaders. This position will require the individual to demonstrate personal initiative, ownership and accountability to effectively provide HR support to VillageMD. This role will have responsibility for; effective execution of programs and initiatives in talent acquisition, culture change, DEIB, employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition and management, employee relations, organization development and change management. |

Salary and Benefits |
For Colorado Residents only: This is an exempt position. The base compensation range for this role is $105,000 to $130,000. At VillageMD, compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. The selected candidate will be eligible for a valuable company benefits plan, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and access to a 401k plan. |
