    About the Presentation

    The Beginning:
We take a quick walk through how the profession of HR has developed over the years.  We will then spend a little time in the progression of the future of HR and what it could look like.  Have you heard of micro-chipping your employees?  Bitcoin paychecks? Agile HR processes or incorporation of AI (Artificial Intelligence) in the workplace?

    The Middle:
In this segment of the discussion, we will focus on the now - the present. Are you an HR Rockstar?  What is your theme song? Is your client happy? Do you know who your client is? What type of "P" communicator are you?

    The End:
Once we answer some of these questions, we will explore how to create an environment that supports well rounded employees, producing quality work, who also feel valued and supported driving positive business growth.
