    As an author and speaker, Phil focuses on personal development for professionals. For 35 years, he was involved in theatre as a writer, performer, and director. He is a published playwright, songwriter, and an award-winning television writer, having written for The Nashville Now show on the old Nashville Network. In his presentations, Phil connects with his audience through passion and humor, transforming the lives of people and organizations, teaching them how to uncover their passions and potential.

    As an author, he has penned two books: Take the Stage: 64 Leadership Lessons Learned From Theatre and Play Hard – Have Fun: a Philosophy for Life. When not at his home in Cross Plains, Wisconsin, Phil travels the country promoting the importance of identifying your possibilities. Lifting his audience with a powerful combination of message and music, Phil demonstrates how the key to success is having the courage to continually strive to reach your full potential.

    Andrea Chirich & Sylvia Del Monte - session approved for General credit

    Andrea's passion for horses started as a young child. A lifetime of training and focusing on creating harmonious relationships with her horses gave her insights on how important effective communication is in order to create any trusting and understanding partnership. She knows that differences must be realized, respected and honored in order to have a successful working relationship. 

    With that understanding, Andrea approaches situations with the thought, "How can I help them own their brilliance?" This motto has been carried over into Andrea's professional life and is the foundation for her exceling in Sales, Sales Management and Performance/Change Management.   

    At her consulting and training company, The Equine Advantage and now Authentic Life Equine, Andrea helps individuals, teams, groups and partners reconnect with their Authentic Selves and reconnect with their power.  Being your Authentic Self creates congruency between who you are and how you interact.     Sylvia is known for bringing a sense of magic to life and to the healing process. A daughter of immigrant parents, she was born and raised in the United States.     Claire Stroh Petrie - session approved for General credit

    Claire Stroh Petrie, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, is currently the Director, Technology Talent Management at Lighthouse Technology Services and President of Claire Petrie HR & Training, LLC. She has used LinkedIn, Twitter, and networking to build her personal brand and uncover new opportunities for herself and the companies she’s worked for. She’s passionate about helping other professionals do the same!

    Claire has more than nine years of successively diverse human resources management experience with privately-owned and publicly-traded global leaders. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in HR from the University at Buffalo and an MBA from Niagara University.

    She is certified as a Professional in HR through SHRM and HRCI. Claire is an active member and blogger for SHRM, and also a member of SHRM’s Emerging Professional Advisory Council. She serves as the College Relations Director on the Buffalo Niagara Human Resources Association (BNHRA) Board of Directors and is a Board Member and Camp Counselor for Empower Camp. Claire was also named an HR Impact Award Winner for 2022 in Buffalo Business First.

    Laura Bennett & Kellie Jenkins - session approved for General credit

    Laura is a coach, facilitator and consultant in leadership development with experience coaching individual leaders and groups and designing and delivering leadership development programs. She has supported clients in both  the corporate and non-profit sectors, in industries including restaurant, professional services, technology and international education. 

    Prior to her dedicated focus in coaching and development, Laura has had over 15 years of experience in  leadership development, talent management, organizational effectiveness and corporate  communications. She leverages her organizational background to encourage clients to raise self awareness and take meaningful action toward stepping into their full leadership potential and achieving  their goals. Laura holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation.  Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute.  

    A Midwesterner at heart, Laura grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, and now resides in the sunshine of  Denver, Colorado. She values authenticity, deep connection, adventure, health, and family, and she and  her two children enjoy all that the outdoors has to offer out West. Laura has been a volunteer “Rally”  coach for The Mom Project, an organization that connects women seeking careers with women-focused  companies and takes an active role as a parent coordinator in her children’s school.

    Kellie Jenkins is a leadership coach and leadership development consultant. She  designs and delivers leadership programs around the world and coaches, both one-on-one and in group settings. She has worked with organizational and executive clients across corporate, government and non-profit sectors and has experience in a variety of industries including finance, professional services, higher education and transportation. 

    Prior to working in leadership development, Kellie was a Chartered Accountant. She has more than 15  years of experience in global professional services firms and brings the structure and detail orientation of  her accountant roots to support clients to create sustainable shifts in mindsets and behaviors. Kellie has a  Masters in Management and Organization from the University of Colorado and completed the  Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program. She holds an ACC credential from the  International Coaching Federation.  

    Originally from Australia, Kellie has lived and worked around the world and embraces her identity as a  global citizen. She currently enjoys life with her husband and daughter, in Denver, Colorado. Kellie serves  as President of the Colorado Chapter of the International Coaching Federation and has previous board  and volunteer experience with Girls on the Run of the Rockies and several local animal-focused non profits.

    Tina Marie Wohlfield - session approved for General credit

    Tina Marie Wohlfield is the founder and Chief People Strategist at TIMAWO (pronounced Tee-ma-woe). She is a passionate champion of Human Resources, Leadership and Talent Management with over 25+ years’ experience in the Human Resources profession.


    Tina Marie received her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Walsh College. In addition to holding both the SHRM-SCP and SPHR, HR professional certifications; she is a Neuroscience-based coach with a Certification in Applied Neuroscience by Key Change Institute (KCI).


    Tina Marie is an active member of the HR community and dedicated advocate for advancing the HR profession through collaboration, partnerships and mentorship. In 2018 she co-founded HRUnite! a professional networking and advocacy group to support and advance the HR profession through impactful professional relationships.


    Tina Marie is an HR Storyteller and frequent speaker on HR and leadership topics throughout the country. Her first book, STOP Collaborate and LISTEN – Developing Impactful HR Partnerships Through Collaboration was released in March 2019 and is available through Lulu Publishing.

    Kim Bozeman - Session approved for General credit

    As an HR professional, Kim holds both the SHRM-SCP and PHR certifications. Also holds Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Agile Project Management Certifications. Those letters and pieces of papers might not mean much to many but in the HR world, they mean Kim has done the work to prove she knows her stuff.
