Description: As an HR leader, chances are you’re fielding and managing emotionally loaded organizational challenges regularly. And, during times of crisis, its’ likely to be a daily occurrence. As a human being, you’re going to have reactions to these challenges, some of which will be negative, and your emotions will be shifting constantly. Neuroscience indicates that our colleagues can read your emotional shifts like a book. It’s imperative that you get your emotional shift together so as not to “infect” your team. Ward’s engaging, interactive webinar will explain the neuroscience of emotional reactions, especially during times of crisis, and introduce well over a dozen techniques for managing emotional shift effectively.
