    SYNOPSIS OF PRESENTATION:

Employee Engagement seems to hold many different meanings, and just as many approaches.  During this presentation, we will look at a potential definition for employee engagement; discuss the building blocks for the engagement journey; review do’s and don’ts; see the relationships between leadership, change thinking, and employee engagement; and explore what it takes to create business value and organizational “staying power.”

Top three learning objectives of this presentation:

    1. Discuss what “Employee Engagement” means
    2. Explore the building blocks for the engagement journey
    3. Determine what it takes to create sustainable value for the business and organization
