    About the Presenter

    Meredith Masse is a coach and consultant who is passionate about filling our workplaces with employees and leaders who model and demonstrate the kind of world they demand to live in. Consultant by day, Meredith partners with clients to build productive relationships supporting them in addressing their “people challenges.” resulting in happier, more engaged employees who deliver exceptional value to the bottom line. As an executive career coach in her "free" time, Meredith supports professionals and leaders in designing a worklife and career in which they get to do what they do best!

    As a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant since 2008, Meredith has applied strengths-based practices to support individuals and their managers and leaders embrace and use their innate talents to get more done with less stress. Meredith is known for her contagious, positive energy; a keen ability to quickly find alternative ways of tackling challenges; and connecting with people authentically. As a professional friend noted, she “makes others feel amazing about themselves.”  She holds two degrees from the University of Maryland and will complete her executive coaching certification through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) in 2022.
